Archeology (from the Greek.archaios – ancient and logos – science ) – the science of antiquities . By definition, A.V. “Troy” and “Ilium” are two different names of one and the same powerful city in Asia Minor, at the entrance from the Aegean sea to the Dardanelles (Hellespont) . The city was located on the ancient Maritime trade route, which connected the Aegean sea with the Marmara and Black seas. ANCIENT SETTLEMENTS ON THE TERRITORY OF MOSCOW

People settled in the territory, where later was built in Moscow in the Neolithic period.
